Compares only the supplied files and discloses when they do not appear to belong to one family. Finishes within 90 seconds.

Check the public Inter variable WOFF2 sample, or compare its regular and italic files as one family, to inspect naming, table checksums, Unicode coverage, vertical metrics, embedding flags, and weight or optical-size axes.

02How should I read the result?

Read the grade with the first fail or warning finding and engines.unmeasured: the grade covers only checks that executed, not overall font quality. Fix failures before warnings; for a family, confirm sameFamily, then follow fixes in order for naming, styles, metrics, coverage, versions, and axes. Parser failures, unmeasured sections, or truncated coverage make the report incomplete, and no aesthetic or legal conclusion follows.

03What are its limits?

Inputs are direct public or attached TTF, OTF, WOFF, or WOFF2 files up to 20 MB each; family comparison covers only the two to eight supplied files. The grade describes measured binary QA, not aesthetic quality, originality, legal clearance, or marketplace acceptance.
