Subscription renewal and cancellation

At the end of the trial, the selected subscription will renew for the monthly price shown at checkout unless canceled first. Paid subscriptions then renew monthly until canceled. A plan change uses a new hosted confirmation that shows the price and effective timing before it is submitted. You may request cancellation at any time through the customer portal or by emailing support@powmcp.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the end of the current paid period.

Request packs

Request packs are one-time purchases of 200 app requests for USD $10 or 600 app requests for USD $25 and do not renew. Purchased requests have no cash value, are not transferable, remain available until used, and are consumed only after the included plan allowance.

Refund eligibility and requests

To request a refund, email support@powmcp.com within 14 calendar days of the charge with the account email, transaction or invoice reference, and reason. Refunds are available for duplicate charges, non-delivery, a material service defect or material difference from the description, and whenever required by applicable law. Used request packs, consumed subscription periods, misuse, and change-of-mind requests are not automatically refundable where the law permits.

Approved refunds and legal rights

We will review the request and coordinate any approved full or partial refund with Dodo Payments, our non-exclusive reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time may vary. Dodo Payments' buyer terms shown at checkout also apply, and mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
