10) App and MCP tool use

The apps perform narrow validation, measurement, and transformation jobs using the scope described on each app page. Results report what the selected engine observed and are not a guarantee that the submitted material is complete, safe, lawful, accessible, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You must have the right to submit each URL, file, or other input and must not use the service to probe private networks, bypass access controls, disrupt systems, or process unlawful material. Usage limits apply across the Website and connected MCP clients and may be enforced by account or guest network identity.

11) User content

The Website does not currently accept public user-submitted content, such as comments. If this changes, we may update these Terms.

12) Disclaimer of warranties

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
